How to reset password

Please follow below steps for reset password: 

Step 1. Please click on reset password.

Step 2. Please put your email address in the text box, then click on ‘Send Verification Code’.

Step 3. After the verification code has been sent to your email inbox, please copy it from your email and paste it into the input box. Then click on 'Verify Code'. If you have not received the verification code, please click on 'Send New Code'.

Step 4. Please proceed by clicking on “Continue.”

Step 5. Please create a new password and please take note of the following password requirements.

    1. Minimum of 12 characters. 

    2. Include at least one uppercase letter in starting. 

    3. Include at least one lowercase letter. 

    4. Include at least one numerical digit. 

    5. Include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #). 

Step 6. Great! Your password has been successfully created, and you can now log in with your credentials.
