How to Clear Insufficiency

Please follow below steps for login: 

Step 1. Please attempt to log in using your personal laptop or desktop.

Step 2. Open the email where you received the Insufficiency mail.

Step 3. Now, please left click on the blue-highlighted ‘click here’, and it will directly open in your default browser.

Step 4. Please login with your credentials.

Step 5. After that, Dashboard will appear on your desktop/laptop screen, after click on the "NEXT" button.

Step 6. Please fill the details for e.g., Education verification. Service.

1. Fill in the details accordingly.
2. After filling out the details, please click on the SAVE button.
3. Once your details are saved, the option to ‘Attach Documents’ will appear on your screen.
4. You can then proceed to attach documents.

Step 7. Before submitting, please double-check all your details again. Once you've confirmed everything is correct, click on the “Submit” button.
