Candidate Portal Navigation & Document upload

 

How to navigate through the portal and upload documents, 

please follow the below steps.

 

Step:1 Please Login with your credential.

 

 

Step 2. Now, please fill your basic details.

 


Step 3. After filling in the details, click the “Save” button to save your information. Then, click “Next” button to proceed. If you fill in the wrong details by mistake, click “Reset” button to clear the form and start over. You can also navigate by clicking the left-side screen icon.




Step 4. After filling out the details, click on the ‘add address’ button. Then, proceed to the bottom and click on the pencil icon to edit. If you input incorrect details, please click on the delete icon, and after that, click on the ‘Next’ button.

Step 5. How to attach document:


1. Fill in the details accordingly.
2. After filling out the details, please click on the save button.
3. Once your details are saved, the option to ‘Attach Documents’ will appear on your screen.
4. You can then proceed to attach documents.


 



Step 6. Next, fill in the document name, click the dropdown arrow, select the document type, attach the document, and follow the recommended document format mentioned below. Then, click the save button.
 


 

Step 7. After that, if you want to add another education, address, employment, etc., simply click on the "ADD NEW" Button. If you want to delete any Education details, click on delete icon, and then you can fill in the details accordingly.

 


 

  • In ‘Employment section’, if you are a fresher, please click on the checkbox and enter 'NA' for both the start date and end date, this will help you skip the validation.

 

Step 8. After that, please click on the "Next" button. If you want to review your previous details, click on the "Previous" button, if you want any assistance regarding any technical or query click on “Chat sign” in below Right-side corner.


 

 

Step 9. Now, you have two types of signatures option available.

 

  1. Digital signature
  2. Physical signature 

 

  • Digital signature: -

 

Please create your digital signature. If you make a mistake, click on 'Clear signature’, and then create it again.




  • Physical signature: -

 

  1. Please click on “Physical Sign Design” 

     
  2. After clicking on "Physical Sign Design, “Download Authorization Report” will appear, click on “Download Authorization Report” then the form will be downloaded, then sign in the downloaded form and upload it by clicking on the button below “Attach Physical Signed Document.”


 

Step 10. Before submitting, please double-check all your details again. Once you've confirmed everything is correct, click on the “Submit” button.




Step 11. If your details are successfully submitted, you will see the following type of page displayed on your screen below.
