Customer: Advanced Search Feature for Profiles and Work Orders

 

Overview:

 

The advanced search feature provides enhanced functionality for efficiently locating customer profiles and work orders. Accessible from the dashboard, profiles, or work orders, this feature streamlines the search process, making it easy to find specific information.


Accessing Advanced Search:

 

Dashboard: Click on the advanced search option.

  • Select Cases/Work orders as per your preference then navigate to the top right side of the screen and click on the advanced search button.






Advanced search for profiles:

 

Upon opening the Profile advanced search, a pop-up window will display a variety of search fields, including:


Advanced Search Fields:

 

- Case number – Unique number associated with the candidate profile

- Customer name – Name of the client in which you want to search the profile

- Location – Specific location to be filtered for search can be selected from dropdown

- Project – If the search is to be done based on a specific project

- Customer reference number – If search is to be done based on CRN

- Employee ID – If search is to be performed by candidate employee ID

- Associate ID – If search is to be performed by associate ID

- First name – You can search by candidate’s first name

- Last name – You can search by candidate’s last name

- Father's name – You can search by candidate’s father’s name

- Candidate email ID- You can search by candidates email ID

- Date of birth – You can search by candidate’s date of birth

- Candidate phone number – You can search by candidate’s phone number

- Address of the candidate – You can search by address of the candidate

- SSN number – You can search by the SSN of the candidate.

- National ID – You can search by candidate’s national ID

- Passport number -You can search by candidate’s passport number

- Created from date – You can search by profile created date

- Created to date – You can search by profile created to date

- Case received date – You can search by the date on which case was created

- Case transmitted date – You can search by case transmitted date

- Case completed date – You can search by case completed date

- Status of the profile – You can search by the status of the respective profile

- Color code of the profile – You can search by the respective color code of the profile




Additional Options:

 

Three buttons are provided for further customization:




1. Include Archived: Incorporate archived cases in the search.

2. Include stop cases: To include profiles in the status “Stopped”

3. Completed Cases: To include profiles in the status “Completed”

 


Conducting the Advanced Search:

 

1. Enter the required fields based on your search criteria.

2. Click on the specified button (e.g., Include Archived, stop cases, Completed Cases) as needed.

3. Initiate the search by clicking the search button at the bottom of the pop-up.






Viewing Results:

 

The search results will promptly reflect in the case list, providing a comprehensive overview of matching profiles or work orders based on the specified criteria.





Advanced Search Feature for Workorders

 

To perform an advanced search for workorders:

 

1. Navigate to the Workorders  dashboard.

2. Click on the "Advanced Search" button.




Advanced Search Fields for Workorders:

 

In the ensuing pop-up, you will find a set of fields tailored for workorder searches. These include:

 

- Workorder ID – You can search by using the unique work order ID

- Customer Name – You can search by the respective client name from dropdown

- Location – You can search based on individual locations

- Case Number – You can search by the case number related to the Work orders you want to view

- First Name – You can search by the first name of the candidate

- Last Name – You can search by the last name of the candidate

- Candidate Email ID – You can search by the candidate’s email ID

- Workorder Completed Date – You can search by the Work order completed date

- Candidate Phone Number – You can search by the candidate’s phone number

- Candidate Address – You can search by the address of the candidate

- Service Name – You can search based on the service name

- Drug Panel – You can search based on the drug panels available

- Created From Date – You can search based on the WO created date

- Created To Date – You can search by the WO created to date

- Status – You can search by the status of the work order

- Color Code – you can search by the color code of the WO

-Hold Status – You can search based on the on-hold status reflecting from dropdown




Additional Options for Workorders:

 

Two buttons are provided to refine the search based on stopped workorders and completed workorders:

 

1.Stopped Workorder: To include the search on stopped workorders.

2. Completed Workorders: To include the search to completed workorders.

Conducting the Advanced Search for Workorders:

 

1. Enter the necessary details in the specified fields based on your search criteria.

2. Utilize the provided buttons for additional customization.

3. Initiate the search by clicking the "Search" button located at the bottom right side of the screen.




Viewing Results for Workorders:

 

Upon completion, the search results will populate on the screen, offering a detailed overview of workorders that match the entered criteria. This streamlined process ensures efficient and precise retrieval of relevant workorders.




By following these steps and utilizing the diverse search fields and options, users can effectively locate and manage workorders, enhancing overall productivity and organization within the system.

 

In summary, the advanced search feature enhances the user experience by offering a wide array of search fields and customization options, ultimately facilitating quick and accurate retrieval of customer profiles and work orders.
