Filtering Dashboard View by Customer Locations - User Guide

 

Welcome to our portal! To enhance your user experience, we have implemented a straightforward process to filter the dashboard view based on customer locations. Follow these steps to efficiently access the information you need:

 

1. Login to the Portal:

   - Enter your credentials to access the portal securely.

 

2. Choose Cases or Work Orders:

   - After logging in, navigate to the main dashboard.

   - Select either "Cases" or "Work Orders" based on your preference or requirements.




3. Access Filter Options:

   - Locate the "Filter By" button on the dashboard interface.

 

4. Select Customer Filter:

   - Click on the "Filter By" button, and a dropdown menu will appear.

   - Choose the "Customer" option from the available filters.

 

5. Choose Respective Customer:

   - Once the "Customer" filter is selected, a list of customers will be presented.

   - Choose the specific customer you want to focus on.

 

6.Select Locations:

   - After selecting the customer, further refine your filter by choosing specific locations associated with that customer.

 

7. View Filtered Dashboard:

   - After selecting the desired locations, the dashboard will automatically update to display cases or work orders specific to the chosen customer and locations.
