Understanding Work Orders - User Guide

 

Welcome to our portal! Here's a comprehensive guide on the contents within a work order, providing you with detailed information to navigate and utilize the features effectively:

 

1. Login to the Portal:

   - Start by logging in to the portal using your credentials.

 

2. Navigate to Work Orders:

   - Once logged in, navigate to the section containing the list of work orders.

 

3. Open a Work Order:

   - Select the specific work order you want to refer to and open it to access detailed information.




4. Header Details:

   - In the header, you'll find:

 

      - Work Order Number: A unique identifier for the work order.

      - Current Status: Highlighted with a black background, indicating the present status of the work order.




5. Work Order Information:

   - Below the header, you'll find essential details:

      - Case Number: The associated case number for reference.

      - Customer Name: Full name of the customer.

      - Service Name: The service under which the work order is initiated.

      - Created Date: Date when the work order was created.

      - In-Progress Date: Date when the work order moved to the in-progress status.




6. Additional Information:

   - Further details include:

      - Instructions: Specific instructions related to the work order.

      - Flag Button: Click the red flag button to flag the work order if needed.

      - FAQ Button: Access FAQs related to the work order.

      - Priority: Indicates the priority level assigned to the work order.





7. Order Menu:

   - Explore the order menu for categorized information:

      - Case Information: Basic details related to the case.

      - Order Information: Service-specific information related to the order.

      - Documents: Attached documents required for verification.

      - Other Name: Alias name if the candidate has one.

      - External Notes: Notes regarding actions performed.





8. Sub-Work Order Tab:

   - If applicable, the sub-work order tab displays additional sub-work orders created under the main work order. Perform actions as needed based on the requirements.
