Creating a Case on our Portal

 

Overview

 

Creating a case on our portal is a straightforward process that allows you to efficiently manage your requests. Follow these step-by-step instructions to initiate the process:

 

Steps to Create a Case

 

1. Log in to Your Portal Account:

   - Open your web browser and navigate to our portal login page.

   - Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in.

 

2. Access the Dashboard:

   - Once logged in, you will be directed to the portal dashboard.


3. Locate the "Create New Case" Button:

   - On the dashboard, look for the "Create New Case" button, situated in the top right corner of the screen.




4. Initiate Case Creation:

   - Click on the "Create New Case" button to proceed.

 

5. Enter Case Details:

   - You will be redirected to a new page where you can input relevant details.

   - Select your client's name and location from the available options.

   - Other client-specific details may also be required; ensure you fill in all mandatory information.




6. Review Details at the Bottom:

   - As you fill in the information, kindly note to review the details after filling for smooth process.

 

7. Select Services and Packages:

   - Choose the services and packages relevant to your case by selecting the appropriate options.




8. Finalize and Create the Case:

   - After completing all mandatory fields and selecting services/packages, proceed to the top of the page.

   - Click on the "Create Case" to finalize and create your case.




9.Case is Created

 

After Case is created you will be directed to the profile Info, where you can view the details provided and the services created.

 

Case Number – You can refer the Case number as it is a unique profile ID which can be used to keep track of the Case status.




10. Case Related Documents tab

 

Documents related to the Profile can be uploaded here for further verification and information.

 

By Clicking on the Attach document button pop up will be coming in which you can fill the Document name, Document Type, Description. Click on the choose File button and select the document from your system to upload it, later click on SAVE button.

 

Do note to follow the below guidelines while uploading the documents:

 

  • Recommended documents format: - 'pdf, jpeg, jpg, msg, doc, docx, png, PDF, JPEG, JPG, MSG, DOC, DOCX, PNG'
  • Maximum single file size - 5 MB
  • Maximum combined file size - 25 MB




11. Action

 

You can download, edit, or delete the document in the action tab.




After Uploading documents, the profile will be taken further by our Internal Team.

 

Important Notes:

 

- Ensure all mandatory fields are filled to avoid any delays in case processing.

- Review the details before submission to confirm accuracy.

- If you encounter any issues during the process, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

 

By following these steps, you can efficiently create a new case on our portal, streamlining your experience and ensuring that your requests are promptly addressed.
